creates a BufferedImage from an EMFInputStream using BitmapInfoHeader data

Parameters:

bmi - BitmapInfoHeader storing Bitmap informations

width - expected image width

height - expected image height

emf - EMF stream

len - length of image data

blendFunction - contains values for transparency

Returns:

BufferedImage or null

Throws:

IOException - thrown by EMFInputStream
